We collect your email address when you sign up, plus any trip details you choose to share — destination, dates, party size, interests, accessibility needs and transport preferences. We also collect anonymised usage data to improve the product.

2. How we use your data

• To generate and save your itineraries.
• To manage your account and Club subscription.
• To send essential service emails such as password resets and billing receipts.
• To improve our AI suggestions and fix bugs.

3. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with trusted service providers needed to run Itinaa — for example, our authentication and payment partners — and only under strict confidentiality obligations.

4. Public share links

If you choose to make an itinerary public, anyone with the link can view it. You can turn this off at any time from the trip page.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how people use Itinaa so we can make it better.

6. Your rights

You can access, update or delete your account and trip data at any time. If you have questions or want to exercise your rights, email hello@itinaa.com.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it for legal or billing reasons.
