1. Who we are
Itinaa is operated by Itinaa Ltd. These terms set out the rules for using our website, app and itinerary planning services.
2. Using Itinaa
You must be 18 or over to create an account or subscribe to the Club. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, copy or resell any part of it.
3. Membership & billing
The Club is billed monthly at £2 or yearly at £19.99. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Yearly plans are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Free plan limits
Free accounts can create and save a limited number of short trips. Full features including longer trips, exports, share links and inspiration mode require a Club subscription.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of any personal details and trip notes you add. We only use them to build and display your itineraries.
6. Liability
Itinaa is a planning tool, not a travel agent or insurer. We are not responsible for changes in opening times, transport delays, weather, availability or any decisions you make based on an itinerary. Always double-check bookings and travel requirements before you go.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these terms from time to time. If you continue to use Itinaa after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
